I. ZSF dissolved air floatation machine

ZSF series super dissolved air flotation machine is made of steel structure. Its working principle is: air is pumped into the pressure dissolved air tank and forced to dissolve in water at 0.5 Mpa pressure. Under the condition of sudden release, the dissolved air in water precipitates, forming a large number of tight micro-bubbles, adsorbing suspended substances in the process of slowly rising. The density of suspended solids decreased and floated to achieve the goal of removing SS and CODcr. This product is suitable for removing oil or suspended solids in petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, leather, printing and dyeing, food, starch and other occasions.

Two. In the field of water treatment, the floatation machine is applied to the following aspects

1. Separation of fine suspended solids and algae from surface water.

2, recovery of useful substances in industrial waste water, such as paper pulp from waste water.

3. Replace two settling tanks to separate and concentrate sewage sludge.
