ZNW series circular screen thickener
The ZNW series circular screen thickener is made up of cage, pressure roller, scraper device and transmission mechanism. Low concentration (0.5-1%) slurry is fed from the inlet into the circular mesh groove and adsorbed on the surface of the cage along the direction of low-speed rotation of the circular mesh cage. The slurry is filtered and dewatered by the difference of the liquid level between the inside and outside of the cage (about 1/5~1/2 of the diameter of the cage). Through the gravity filter pressing action of the press roll, the slurry is concentrated to 5-6% and adheres to the press roll. The press roll revolves through a scraper to peel off and enters the pulp outlet.
The pulp has wide applicability, low concentration dehydration, large dehydration capacity and large production capacity. The white water concentration is controlled by different meshes of filter screen.
