Equipment features:
Enhanced high consistency hydraulic pulper, under high temperature and high consistency conditions, makes the paper undergo strong eddy current circulation, and produces strong friction, tearing and rubbing, so that the paper can be fully thinned, which ensures the fiber length and strength, avoids the impurities in waste paper being crushed, and makes the ink pigment easier to be separated from the fiber. The removal effect of hot melt is more obvious, so as to achieve excellent pulp effect.
